Book more jobs from the leads you already pay for.
AI calls every new lead within a minute, keeps trying until it reaches them, confirms every appointment and follows up every estimate. Inside the tools you already use.

You paid for the lead. Here's where the job slips away. Most lost leads are lost before anyone talks to the homeowner, not because the lead was bad.
Nobody works the lead.
Leads sit in an inbox or a CRM queue while the team is on jobs. A big share of lost leads were never called at all.
Fix AI setterThe first calls miss.
When the first call connects, homeowners book far more often. After several missed attempts, the appointment is usually gone.
Fix AI setterSomeone else calls first.
A shared lead goes to several contractors. The first one to reach the homeowner usually gets the appointment. The rest hear "we already have someone."
Fix AI setterBooked, but nobody's home.
Many booked appointments never become an in-home visit: no-shows, cancellations, reschedules nobody follows up.
Fix ConfirmationsEstimates go quiet.
One or two follow-ups, then the estimate sits in the CRM until the homeowner signs with someone else.
Fix Estimate follow-upNo idea which source pays.
You know cost per lead, not cost per sold job, so you keep paying for leads that never buy.
Fix Source scorecardIt's not the hour. It's reaching them. We spent years selling home improvement leads to dozens of contractors and watching what happened after delivery.
See the fixes- Contractors differ several times overOn the same kind of lead, the best book several times more appointments than the weakest.
- Evening leads book about as wellWhen someone actually reaches the homeowner, the hour the lead came in matters far less.
- Most dialing happens too lateLots of calls per lead, but spread over days. The first few minutes and attempts decide it.
- Mostly 55+Calls need to be patient and clear, with a person one step away.
Hiring another appointment setter? Let AI make the first call and every follow-up. Your setters take the live conversations.
Lots of contractors we track are hiring setters, confirmers and call center reps right now. More seats help, but a new hire works business hours, takes weeks to ramp and still can't call every lead in the first minute.
| New setter | AI setter | |
|---|---|---|
| First call | When they're free | Within a minute |
| Hours | Business hours | All calling hours, 7 days |
| Attempts | As time allows | Every one on schedule |
| Confirmations | Extra workload | Automatic |
| Ramp-up | Weeks | Days after setup |
| Cost | A full-time salary | From $750 / month |
Three fixes for the three biggest leaks. Start with the one that costs you the most. Everything runs inside your CRM, phone and calendar.
First call in 60 seconds. AI calls or texts every new lead within a minute in calling hours, qualifies it, and books the estimate into your calendar or hands it to your team live.
- Retries by call and text on a schedule, so no lead dies after one missed call.
- Checks homeownership, timeline and who makes the decision before booking.
- A calm, patient voice for older homeowners, and a person one step away.
Fewer wasted drives. Confirmations, reminders and easy rescheduling, so your reps sit with homeowners who are expecting them.
- Text and call right after booking, a reminder the day before and an hour before.
- "Can't make it" becomes a new time instead of a cancellation.
- Fast booking plus confirmation: speed alone fills the calendar with no-shows.
See why one setter books twice as many. AI reviews every call: booking rate by agent, why calls don't book, and what your best people say differently.
- For call centers with several setters and a manager to coach them.
- Ties calls to appointments and sold jobs, by lead source.
- A new call center manager gets that view on day one.
| Agent | Calls | Booked | Top miss |
|---|---|---|---|
| Maria | 186 | 34% | — |
| Jason | 171 | 29% | Skips financing question |
| Kim | 158 | 17% | Offers one time slot |
| AI setter | 402 | 26% | Hands off to Maria |
Four more modules. Add them when the first fix is paying off.
- Missed call + after hours. A missed call gets a text right away; evenings and weekends an AI receptionist answers.
- Estimate follow-up & reactivation. Unsigned estimates followed up on a schedule; old leads woken up.
- Sold jobs → ads. Appointments and sales sent back to Google and Meta, so ads learn from sales.
- Lead source scorecard. Cost per appointment and per sold job for every source and vendor, plus credit requests for bad leads.
| Source | Leads | Booked | Cost / sold job |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | 412 | 31% | $1,840 |
| Referrals | 58 | 52% | $310 |
| Lead vendor A | 640 | 18% | $3,920 |
| Meta Ads | 295 | 24% | $2,210 |
What the leak costs you, in dollars. Put in your own numbers. Not sure? Leave the defaults; the audit measures the real ones.
The estimate assumes booking goes up by 7 points (an AI setter calling every lead in a minute) and 60% of booked estimates happen (confirmations and rescheduling). Close rate and job size stay as you entered them.
An estimate from the numbers above, not a promise or a quote. Results depend on your market, team and leads.
Start with an audit. Then pick the package that fixes your biggest leak. The audit fee is credited toward setup within 30 days.

Audit, build, run. Your team keeps working the way it does now.
Lead-to-Job Audit
We go through your lead, call and estimate data, test how fast your leads get a response, and put a dollar figure on each leak. You get a ranked fix list.
Build
We build the modules you pick into your CRM, phone and calendar, with scripts, consent, routing and testing included. The AI setter usually goes first.
Run
We look at booked appointments and sold jobs, tune scripts and follow-ups, and fix anything that broke. Those are the numbers we're measured on.
Done by the rules. AI calls and texts are regulated. We set it up so you're covered from day one.
Consent first
AI voice calls need prior express written consent. We check your forms and lead vendors, keep a record for every lead, and honor opt-outs right away.
Calling hours
Calls and texts go out only in allowed hours, in the homeowner's time zone. A late-night lead is called as soon as calling hours open.
Registered texting
Your business texting is registered with the carriers (A2P 10DLC), so your texts don't get blocked.
Recording disclosure
Every recorded call starts with the right disclosure. Your attorney should have the final word on consent language.
Straight answers.
Will the AI sound like a robot or annoy homeowners?
It sounds like a quick, polite office assistant. It says which company it's calling for and that the call is recorded, asks a few short questions, then books the estimate or hands the call to your team. It only calls people who asked you for an estimate.
Homeowners can ask for a person at any time. Anyone who says stop is not contacted again. You approve the script and can listen to every call.
We're hiring setters already. Does this replace them?
No. It takes the first call, the retries and the confirmations, so your setters spend their time on live conversations. Many teams find they need fewer new hires, not zero people.
Do I have to switch CRMs?
No. We set everything up inside the tools you already use. If something can't connect, we tell you in the audit, before you pay for setup.
Is it legal for AI to call my leads?
Yes, when it's done right. We check the consent language on your forms and from your lead vendors before anything goes live, set calling hours, register your texting and add recording disclosures. We're not your lawyer; your attorney should sign off on consent language.
How fast can this be live?
The audit takes 5 business days (Essentials) or 10 (Full). Setup takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the package and your tools. The AI setter and missed-call texts usually go first because they touch the fewest systems.
We're under $1M a year. Is this for us?
Probably not yet. Below $1M the setup cost is hard to earn back. For now: call every new lead back within minutes, turn on missed-call text-back in your phone system, and follow up on every estimate at least three times.
Who are you?
A founder-led shop. The founder spent years on the lead-seller side of home improvement, where thousands of leads a month were sold to dozens of contractors, and has a background in performance marketing and data. We take on a small number of setups at a time.

Start with an audit. We review your speed to lead, missed calls, appointments, open estimates and lead sources, and put a dollar figure on every leak.
We'll ask for a CRM export (last 3–6 months), spend per lead source and phone or call-tracking access. Full also needs read-only access to your ad accounts.
